Can-Cure Returns Policy

 

At CanCure, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our returns policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

 

- You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

 

2. Items Not Eligible for Returns:

 

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

 

- Perishable goods (food & drink products)

- Gift cards.

- Items marked as final sale.

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

3. Return Process:

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your request is approved, you will receive an RA number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the RA email.

- Ship the item to the address provided in the RA email using a trackable shipping method. 

- If the product being returned is defective we will accept the reasonable return shipping costs, however, in all other instances, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, 

- Please keep the tracking information for your records.

 

4. Refund Process:

 

- Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 25 business days.

- Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
